End User License Agreement (Important, Read Carefully!)

Introduction

All EasyPDF™ forms, including Paid, Free-to-use, and Free Trial forms, and their accompanying documentation (the "Software Product") are licensed, not sold. The Software Product is protected by copyright laws, treaties, and other intellectual property laws. EasyPDF™ Forms ("Software Provider") owns all intellectual property rights in the Software Product. An "End User" is any individual or business entity who has read and accepted this Agreement in full and is eligible to download, install, and use the Software Product. By downloading or using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Software Product.

License Grant

  • Paid/Full License: Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of an EasyPDF™ form for personal or business use.
  • Free/Full License: Downloading a free license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy for personal or business use.
  • Limited Free Trial License: A time-limited or feature-limited trial may be provided for evaluation purposes (usually 10 days). Continued use requires purchase. Some features may be restricted.

License Scope and Limitations

  • This license does not grant ownership of the Software.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as expressly permitted by law.
  • You may not lease, rent, sublicense, lend, or transfer the Software.
  • One backup copy for archival purposes is permitted, provided it includes all proprietary notices.

License Types Explained

  • Paid/Full License: Full access to all features; minor updates and support provided for as long as you use the form. Major updates may require a new license purchase. Use allowed for commercial or internal business purposes. Perpetual license for the originally purchased form is retained.
  • Free/Full License: Full access to all features; updates and support provided during license term; use allowed for commercial or internal business purposes.
  • Trial License: Limited evaluation use only; feature restrictions may apply (e.g., watermarks, disabled fields); typically expires in 10 days; continued use requires purchase; support and updates not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Software are owned by Licensor. The Software is protected by copyright and international laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Payment Policy

  • Accepted payment methods: Major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) processed via GoDaddy Poynt. We do not store full card information.
  • Payment is required in full at time of purchase. Orders are delivered after successful payment verification.
  • Transactions may be screened for fraud. Orders flagged may experience delivery delays or cancellation.
  • All digital sales are final. Contact us for issues before initiating disputes or chargebacks.

Digital Media Forms Delivery Policy

  • Delivery: Digital products are delivered via email attachment or download link, usually on the day of purchase.
  • Responsibility: Provide an accurate email. Delivery failures due to typos, full inbox, or spam filters are not our responsibility.
  • Access: You are responsible for downloading and storing purchased forms. Lost files can be replaced via our contact form.
  • Non-refundable: All digital sales are final once delivered or accessed.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Software.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between the End User and Licensor with respect to the Software, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
