EasyPDF™ digital forms follow a traditional perpetual software licensing model — a one-time purchase that grants long-term use without recurring subscription fees. Unlike SaaS-based cloud solutions, EasyPDF™ forms operate locally, allowing users to maintain full control over their data, workflows, and document access without requiring a continuous internet connection.
Many organizations prefer this approach for reasons of privacy, security, reliability, and cost control. Cloud-based subscription software often introduces recurring expenses, mandatory online access, and external data storage — factors that may not align with the needs of contractors, professionals, government agencies, or businesses handling sensitive information.
EasyPDF™ digital forms are offered under a perpetual license model, meaning each form is purchased with a one-time payment and may be used indefinitely in accordance with our End User License Agreement (EULA). This approach eliminates recurring subscription fees and allows users to retain long-term access to their licensed forms.
Unlike cloud-based SaaS solutions, EasyPDF™ forms operate locally and do not require continuous internet access or remote data storage. This provides greater control over sensitive information, supports offline workflows, and ensures consistent access to forms regardless of connectivity.
Perpetual licenses for EasyPDF™ forms typically include free minor updates and enhancements designed to improve usability over time. Because digital forms rarely require major structural redesigns, a single license purchase is generally sufficient for the useful life of the form.
